ABOUT ME
I am a UKCP accredited Relational Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist. I offer open-ended, long-term psychotherapy and time-limited, short-term counselling. I work within a secure, confidential, non-judgmental and empathic environment. My approach is relational, which is an efficacious and powerful model of working with individuals who struggle with psychological, emotional and relational distress. I work with clients from different cultures, backgrounds, lifestyles and sexual orientations.
Sono una psicoterapeuta Analitico Transazionale Relazionale. Offro terapia a breve e lungo termine in un setting sicuro, empatico e non giudicante. Il mio approccio è relazionale, un modello efficace per lavorare con problematiche psicologiche, emotive e relazionali. Lavoro con clienti di diverse culture, stili di vita e orientamenti sessuali.
I conduct therapy sessions in English and Italian.
FIRST CONTACT
If you’ve decided you want to talk to someone about your feelings, thoughts or behaviour that are causing you concern, I’m here to listen.
I offer an initial 15 minutes phone call to get a sense of what is troubling you and answer your questions.
FIRST SESSION
The first session is a period for you and me to get to know each other and get an idea of how to proceed.
During the first session, I may ask you:

What brought you to therapy?

What are your symptoms?

What do you feel is not working in your life?

What do you hope to get from therapy?

Some questions about your current living situation, career, relationships (family, romantic, friends) and history.
AFTER THE FIRST SESSION
The most important thing to do after your first therapy session is check-in with yourself.
Ask yourself:

How did you feel your first session went?

Did you feel comfortable talking to me?

Do you feel like we could work together?

Certified Transactional Analyst Psychotherapist, European Association for Transactional Analysis.

M.Sc in Clinical Psychology, “G.D’Annunzio” University, Chieti-Pescara, Italy.

B.Sc in Psychological Sciences, “G.D’Annunzio” University, Chieti-Pescara, Italy.
I am not a registered Clinical Psychologist in the UK and I cannot provide clinical psychology.
I am registered with UKCP, BPS, UKATA, and EATA and adhere to their ethical codes.
FEES
The initial consultation and the further sessions last for 50 minutes and the cost is £70 for individual sessions and £80 for couple sessions each week.
I currently have availability at my practice in Clerkenwell, London, EC1R and am also offering sessions online using Zoom or by telephone.
